2 Years of Service
The realism of the animations are hard to ignore here. facial expressions, eye movement, lip expressions....it gives all the characters, particularly the girls, Personality. So well done here, especially since VAM sex animations are so weird and clunky if not done to very high levels, which is sort of rare to see, but this dev. pulls it off with near excellence, as the sex scenes are memorable and worthy of applause in my book. My only downside to VAM is they still need to work on the hair a bit...just looks a bit too silky and movement is a nasty bitch to get to behave correctly. That said, boob action is another nightmare to get right with VAM, and in this game it was done right.
The story is solid. Not sure that I can identify with a dad that treats his son with equal venom as the son treats the dad? I mean, usually the parent takes the high ground rather than trading hurtful insults, but on some level, it was humorous to watch. Sometimes these shitheads deserve it. Glad I don't have a kid like that. lol
The girls look amazing.
The writing is done well, I liked reading all of it, no key mashing to get through long boring or badly written dialog and "inner thoughts" In fact, inner thought, the bane of most of these games when it comes to writing, is left to a nice minimum, used only as it should be, a device to further the story, rather than endless banter about morality and self recrimination and doubt...or worse, to explain to us what the MC's plans are for that day...or recapping the days events before bed. The writing flows here. It's sensible dialog done very well, and I enjoyed that these girls all had distinct and interesting personalities. Even the "cheerleader school slut" was interesting, and intelligent, rather than the mindless insensitive fuck toy she could have been written as. Writers of these games should take notice here...young girls, (in this case they are 18 but they don't need to be) from about 14 and up, especially once you get to about 16, are actually pretty intelligent human beings not naive little children. This writer treats them as such. My favorite scene, MC and main girl are chilling at her house, watching a movie. She's clearly bored, is thinking, and then, "Want to have sex?" No waiting 120 updates and 4 years and progressive sexual steps through bases that don't even exist before finally hitting that pussy...nope...right to it. It was realistic, and it fit, well done. Sometimes these writers get lost in an endless and tedious state of incremental progression that starts to feel very fake, and not organic at all when it's just...too much? yeah know? This game does not have that problem.
