Well, shit.... I've been using this site for ages (though admittedly not posting much) now I come in and "Guess what, fuck you, you can't even see the threads for stuff you've already downloaded. Give us money." Awesome.

And don't get me wrong, I'm all for supporting sites one gets a lot of use out of, when they're upfront about it and I'm confident they'll continue providing the services you're looking for. But to have it sprung on me this long after, when it's already been made clear how easy it is for someone to seriously threaten the future of the site, it kinda feels like having my arm twisted to shell out cash for something that for all I know could disappear and/or delete the content I'm interested in at any moment.

It was necessary to make it more difficult for people to report the site and it helps finance it. Without all that, there were a risk that it's forced to close. I unfortunately know that selfish people like you don't care about that.
