I mean, do as you like but that excess protein just gets pissed out. Only thing it's inflating is your bowel movements my dude. Balance is the key and keeping up a good diet overall. Can't just force feed yourself protein for super strength lmaobut everyone is telling me to eat at least 1 gr of protein per 1kg of my bodyweight... And also eating protein is inflating my workout ego hehehe~
