The game is short. but fun.

You can finish it but some branches of the script are broken and you have to ignore some errors (or fix them) to continue.
There are also 2 unused renders and since the game counts only 32, it's quite a lot.

It looks like a browser message to me, nothing to do with the local antivirus. The link might have been reported as suspicious and blacklisted.
I have the same issue with a lot of links. You can always download it and run the game in a sandbox to analyze its behavior or just to prevent it from harming your system.
