This is my first post here on this forum, so this post can double as my introductory post.
I'm really not active on any forums and only recently found about this site when I was looking for some games. Is this site the site to be for this type of content?

So basically I started planning this project as a kind of a hobby. I was doing it mostly for myself, but I was just wondering if anyone else could enjoy the final product. The prologue chapter is 90% done. I think I will upload it around xmas to get more thoughts.

The game would be from multiple point of view. It's a rotating cast of MCs for each story/chapter. Mainly focusing on a single family. Main theme is incest, but many other types of relationships would be included. I guess taboo would be the theme. You could think of it as a collection of interactive porn movies, instead of a branching path single mc story. Some stories would have more "gameplay" so to speak. I'm sure it will get more complicated as it goes on and my coding skills improve over time.

The premise is that the game takes place on an fictional island. The island was founded/settled by mainly British upper class reprobate family members. They were shoved in there so they wouldn't make a new scandal every week back home. This hedonistic way of life survived to modern days. It's an island of open secrets where people like to air out the skeletons in their closets so-to-speak.
The game would focus on a single family, which is descended from some of the founders

some characters (relation to Robbie from images below): dad and mom (mid 40's, mom in images), aunt (from images, late 30's-early40's), uncle (images, late 40's) sister (1 year younger), schoolmates (same age +-1)...
etc

In short: I'm wondering what you guys think about these points?
-Visuals made with TK17
-Incest and taboo themes
-Collection of short, but related, stories
-Multiple POV
-Some stories have female protag

And what would be your wishes to make it more enjoyable to you?
-Custom names?
-Custom ages?
-Lots of animation?

I think, make it for yourself first and then refine as you go. At least you will have fun and enjoy your work.

What's scary about them? I guess there's some uncanny valley kind of vibes, but I find that is true for most 3DCG stuff

Multiple POVs of the different family members is a cool idea.
But I have to agree that the models are not great. I think they're serviceable, but you should work on improving them, especially the faces.

Alright. I've gotten some good comments today, after a bit of silence since creating the thread.
I will focus on the story, and keep making it for myself.
I guess I was too used to how the models look like, but I'll see if I can improve them in any way. My visuals are basically screenshots from a game, not real renders, (and it's a pretty old game), so there's certainly limitations stemming from that.

Others have covered the faces. As for your premise itself, it sounds pretty interesting as a sort of anthology.

You'll probably get lots of complaints from people who consider it NTR, but I'd say just be clear upfront that it's not a "one man and his harem" game and ignore any whiners on that point.

And what would be your wishes to make it more enjoyable to you?
-Custom names?

Most people like to customize the MC's name, I don't think most people care too much about picking names for other characters. Of course if you're dealing with multiple protagonists some people might want to pick for all of them.

-Custom ages?

Probably depends on your characters. If they visually look like adults not much point. If they visually look like they belong in Games+... probably also not much point, just give them the appropriate age unless you're trying to start a Patreon or SS for the game. If they're visually a little ambiguous- could be 14, could be 20, etc- best to make them custom.

-Lots of animation?

Animation is good if it's good animation. If you find the animation for a scene looks choppy or robotic, might be best to stick to still frames.

I know I said I'd release the prologue by xmas. It is done, but it is very short. I plan to include the first chapter in addition to the prologue in my first preview release. Here's a sneak peek of one of the love interests of the first chapter, Amanda.
There's 4 potential girls to seduce in chapter 1 including Amanda.
You've witnessed (as Robbie) how Amanda has turned down every guy who's tried to approach her. Are you going down differently?

Don’t forget: make the game you want, but don’t ignore feedback. Having other perspectives is always good. Try to find a balance between what you like and what your players enjoy.

Personally love the visuals of TK17 one of my top favorite game uses it. Very rare to see.
My only concern with new games like these are branching since they become a right mess further up in development but looks like you wanna do something more similar to short stories which is nice but big chance the game might just be branded quick fap fuel if that is what you are going for.

the story world premise actually sounds interesting, though probably be more so if they were french. imagine how depraved nobles would have to be for louis xiv to toss them out of versaille in order keep them hidden from scandal

TK17 is a horrible graphic engine.
DAZ3D is really good. And I've some some great stuff made with AI.
Honey Select, VAM and TK17 all just look like horrible cartoons and aren't realistic or immersive at all.
