The Member+ rank is permanent. Once you buy it, you have the rank. It won’t go away. Games+ requires Member+ to access.

Yes, with Members+ you get access to Gemes+ and everything LC is supposed to offer (games, comics, animations).
The only other content that is locked behind a higher tier is Prestige 4, but that's for AI Art.
