Please, Dev, redo this VN in Ren'Py. A number of other comments on here have made similar comments/requests. Also, I know that this is categorically not reality, but a little realism would definitely help the story become more immersive and relatable; a 17-year-old driving a Mitsubishi 3000GT Even by West Coast standards, that's not too realistic!

This story should have been titled "My Mitsubishi 3000GT". In any other story the narrator would just say "he pulled up in the driveway" or "he drove to school". It's so awkward how the specific model of the car is used in the story telling; yet it lends nothing to the story telling. And yes, it is totally unbelievable. The MC at 17, was not living in the lap of luxury. And, given how abusive his father was, I doubt his father would gift him such a car even if he could afford it.
On the topic of the unaffordable, given the situation... how was he able to get his pilot's license at such a young age. Flight school is not cheap.

However, this may explain there only being 5 save slots: the budget for the game was blown on the Mitsubishi 3000GT and the flight school tuition.

Yeah it's like this was some product placement deal or some shit. I think this was originally written in Japanese by some horny teenager so most likely part of that awkwardness comes from being lost in translation as well as the far-fetched unlikelihoods if you pay attention to the details too much like a physicist watching a sci-fi movie.

I'm also assuming the dev is not the original author, so they are at no fault for the text, but it WAS their decision to try their hand at an AVN based on this text. Got about halfway through and deleted it from my ereader, just excruciatingly bad.

See, I go the other way and assume the dev is the author because 1. I'm pretty sure there were renders from the game on the author's webpage and 2. the couple pages of the book I read on Google Books were so bad that I really struggle to imagine anyone besides the author loving the books enough to make a game out of them.

Pretty sure he let them die to make an extra buck on Amazon. With Prime I think they can be part of the free perk bundle anyway (can gather up a bunch of digital credits as well with things like using Amazon Day for shipments if one is patient), though I barely skimmed them since I hated the ending of this. Kinda hard to get into when there's nothing worth fapping to illustration-wise anyway, aside from the hardly any sex worth mentioning in the main series that I recall. It seems the prequels like this one were added after in the hope of selling something to loli incest fans. Considering self-published actual AVNs usually don't make much I imagine self-publishing just a .pdf or whatever is far worse. Even Stephen King gave up on that idea since he was making far less selling 1 chapter at a time himself than he was when doing it the old fashioned way with a publisher, and his reputation precedes him.
