The page on Lewdpatcher simply has the wrong name. The link was updated yesterday, and when clicking on the link, the file name says W4 v0.4.

Thanks, I just noticed that today and downloaded it. So the patch is the correct version... No clue how to get that fixed on Lewdpatcher though, lol.

No, only for week 4. You have to click on "previous versions" and find the right one.

The game has a censored route and uncensored route. Uncensored+ lets you see both routes. For example, in the censored version you only have a choice to visit an adult character, but when you play the uncensored version, you only have the choice to visit the loli character. Uncensored + lets you continue on the loli route but also see the adult character route. You could select the setting in the first part of the game, and it should continue on for all parts after.

Nice third ending, even though so far I liked the first ending the most.
I just like the family you create with the busty redhead the most (Barbara, Milena, Heidi and their daughters). Heidi is just the best!
But I am curious about the last ending!
The game needs a gallery of the good scenes, by the way!
