Well... I don't know what to say about the game to be honest.

Obviously the production is good, as we know from Blackheart games.
Obviously the theme is pretty dark, also as we know from Blackheart games.
There are controversial fetishes, such as (completely optional) sharing and even bestiality, again, as we know from Blackheart games (although the bestiality is new).

I think you can compare the story of this game to the story around the Darla character in The Guardian.
Except, there was also a kind of love/redemption path for Darla.

Here there isn't one. It's either very dark (corruption/rape, similar to the Darla cocksleeve path) or extremely dark (straight up rape).

To be honest I do miss a more loving path in this game.
I'm not saying that it should be full-on romance (although I would definitely be in favour of that) but a bit more romance and a bit slower pace wouldn't hurt at all.

Also, Darla is the daughter of a prostitute, with whom the MC has a kind of love/hate relationship. This love/hate relationship gets transferred to Darla, which although it may be unfair, does make sense to me.
In this game, the girl is your actual niece and her mother (your sister) seems to be a pretty normal woman. I think that this should make a difference in how you treat the girls. As far as I know, the MC has no reason to hate the girl, although his actions indicate that he does. Perhaps it's just the MC's personality but still...
It makes me also curious about the future scenes with the lost girl you meet in the woods. Especially if you allow her to get back to her parents.

There's no point in skipping scenes with content here, as in this setting it only adds spice.
