I like to put in more eggs, get it more of an egg fritter feel. Only thing I measure is the flour everything else by whisking feel.

That's the way I cook, but I see pancakes more like baking. For that reason, I've been doing it more as chemistry than art, but I can see some artistic license on the horizon.

Wet ya hands a bit before touching the batter, it helps it stick a little less to your hands..
Also the mess is so worth it after smashing a healthy amount of butter and syrup on em'.

I really want to answer you honestly... but I agree with no politics rule for many reasons...
I wish people could talk and debate civically, but unfortunately that seems impossible...
So, enjoy the community we have here, and hope others agree that we all are more like minded than we let on.

My brother has an uncle that will never talk to me again, He doesn't think I am worth talking to because I have my own feelings or beliefs.
Very unfortunate, me and my brothers uncle had a great relationship. Now... We will see...It's been two years. And now I want to bang my brothers aunt for spite.
