I once played a game with a dog as MC. Which also interacted with females. I forgot the name. That was some kind of fun.
Usually bestially tag in the most games is just a single scene not embedded into the story. Just there to get the tag. That is stupid and I don´t like it. It only is kind of a klick bait in this cases. As well I don´t see the sense of tagging humanoid aliens or fantasy characters as bestially just because they have cat ears or something like that.

Yes, but honestly if they don't have a higher level of conscience (not necessarily speech and also not human level) it's really difficult to use in the story without it being bad, just because it's not really a character at that point.

Depends on the game, but mostly yes. I really like sexual situations where curiosity makes a character end up in an unmanageable situation where the character is forced outside of what they're comfortable with, but not all the way to rape. Animals (and other creatures) are perfect for that kind of situation as they cannot necessarily be told to stop, and if the character has really given up their control of the situation, there's no backing out. It also removes malicious intent, as even if it's bordering on rape, the animal or creature is just following its instinct.
I don't really enjoy things where the animal/creature is forced, trained or physically made to do something. The human should not be the one in control.

I don't mind me some horse cawk, or anything of the interspecies kind. I will say though, the biggest problem a lot of bestiality games have is that they're very shallow in a narrative sense. I'd like some more build-up and aftermath you'd expect from someone having sex with an animal: reluctance, guilt, shame, regret (short-lived obv), conflicting thoughts/emotions. Don't act like fucking a horse is no different than using a dildo or something.
