I don´t know. But do F 95 and this site or any other pirate site, don´t earn money? I mean look at these massive banner. On F 95 it even overlays the search and notifications. all the other sites I know has ads too.

Do you need to pay money for getting games here or there or any other "legit" pirate site? Nope.
Neither do you lose a single cent, nor does any potentional money go into the pocket of anyone other than the developer.
Paywalling or selling content that's not yours is not even piracy anymore.
You can call it hypocracy as much as you want, but it doesn't change the fact, that those people are the ones who actually steal money from devs, by preventing them to get potentional earnings. After all, people are willing to pay for it. Piracy sites offer the stuff for free.
Also people who paywall stuff like the one in the OP usually lie about the source of their content and pretend everything is legal and thus making their subscribers pay for stolen content without their knowlege.
I wouldn't be surprised if all of his subscriber think his Patreon is a legal business with consent of the devs.
BTW, ads usually barely make enough money to pay the server costs. On F-95-zone the admins even say one should use adblocker to block the new ad.
