There is kinda a rule34 aspect to fetishes - If you can imagine it -- someone, somewhere likes it. As for which ones I do not like? -- they fall into two categories. Thats because you cant think outside of your box.

For one, you dont cosider people could be not into the stuff you listed here. Fertile means risk for heteros, and menstruation for lesbians, sexual means they could look elsewhere too and ntr is a niche kink, horny, tease and flirts are NOT bound to puberty at all, many kids have these traits too and handle them in a much more playful manner then most adults, pheromones are secondary, everyone watching porn or playing avn can attest you the visual part is enough.
