she carried it inside her, but as a result of Nicole's egg donation so Nicole is the biological mom. Ketzal often highlights the color of LI's eyes. Alice and Nicole have the same eye color. And Leanna and Haley both have blue eyes like Cassey. Perhaps (I'm quite sure of it) when Cassey had the twins (Haley and Leanna), she felt indebted to Nicole and gave Leanna to her.

Skipping the dialogue has nothing to do with this game not being intuitive.
If it's been already simplified, it clearly didn't do a good enough job if so many people are asking how to trigger something. It's a porn game, it needs to be as simple as possible, but I'm happy for you if you think this game is a measure of intelligence.

The solution is pretty simple:
1) Play the game as you like, making the choices you think are best
2) Use a gallery unlocker to find out what scenes you missed

Incredible insight.
The issue is not knowing how to trigger those scenes as the process is needlessly complex. I've unlocked everything so far but if future scenes will require revisiting certain parts of the game that you don't have a save off, and therefore have to start a new game and skip the texts all over again, then a solution should be implemented to prevent wasting time.
Making excuses for something arduous is not a good long term solution.

The "insight" is that you should play the game as you think you should play it.
In this game, as in many other games, there are different paths, which give different experiences based on what you like.
For example, the path you choose for Rebecca. If you have the walkthrough on (see Preferences) then it's clear which answer leads to a romance path and which answer leads to a dom/sub path. If you like romance, you should pick that one (even if it doesn't have content at the moment), because you might not really enjoy the dom/sub scenes. If you don't like loli's then choose the path where there aren't any. Etc.
For most character in this game, the main variables are "love" and "corruption" (which you will see in the walkthrough). If you want love, then pick love. If you want corruption, then pick corruption.
The dev probably has good reasons why you see this or that scene on this or that path, and that's why you can't see everything in one playthrough.
If you fear that you missed something, you can use a gallery unlocker and see those scenes which you missed.
Then, in the rare case that you didn't get the scene you wanted in your canon playthrough, then you can either try to get it yourself or ask for help here.
In my opinion, this game (although the plot itself is not very simple, see the family tree in the first post) is fairly straightforward.

Would be really stupid to deflower a girl twice in the same playtrough, or see the MC dominating a girl when you always chose the caring/love path.
So blocking scenes based on you previous choices is necessary to present a coherent story.
You can always activate the walktrough in the settings. And if you're missing points to choose a certain path you can always change them in the character info (book symbol top left).

No. It is a story driven porn game. And it needs to be as simple (or complex) as the developer wants it to be. Of course, the story, or better, the way the story is told could be simpler. Especially the different flashbacks can be irritating. But if people skip the text, it is only their own fault, if the game is not simple enough for them.

Not really sure how it is complex, in the replay gallery it more or less spoonfeeds you on how to trigger every scene. Pretty much everything in the game is cohesive, even the fluff choices that had no real impact were given extra love or corruption points in updates.
If you really think or feel you are going ot miss something you can always just edit the stats in the journal to show every option regardless as long as you are on the path.
The only things that could be considered time wasting are the Rebecca path that has no extra content currently (could use a WIP or NYI tag in the walkthrough), but even then it's fine as the entire game is still a work in progress.

Well, unless the story was changed ( I haven't started over in quite some time, like 3-4 updates) I don't see how Tiff is MC's daughter. She's 7, but MC and Eve haven't seen each other in the previous 25 years (since Eve was like 13 and MC stood her up), simple math refutes that unless Tiff was abducted by aliens as a newborn baby after Eve was knocked up at 12-13 and she rode in a relativistic ship most of her life (too lazy to do the exact math but roughly doing ~98% lightspeed and a lorentz factor of ~5 will skip that 25 years in ~7 from napkin math in my head, assuming no more than 1G of acceleration/deceleration forces, sorry my inner nerd was screaming to get out). It's not publicly known yet what's exactly the story behind Leanna/Hailey, but like Ketzal always says the clues are in the eyes, so they are definitely Cassey's twins, the mystery is how Leanna ended up with Nicole. And yes Alice is Nicole's bio daughter, Cassey was just a surrogate.

This is why I have the habit of making a save at every choice and fuck scene (when it lacks a scene replay feature in the menu). Some AVNs I've played have over 500 saves by the time they are done. Sure, a walkthrough would reduce that number but then the surprises are diminished, like someone trying to tickle you but warning you ahead of time. And usually in AVNs where choices matter (otherwise why bother having choices if they don't? If that's the case might as well make it kinetic, which from a marketing standpoint isn't wise, KN's are less popular) every choice is usually either a permanent path diversion, alternate route to the same end, with lesser ones just alternate dialog or immediate consequences (including those annoying game overs for picking the wrong one, which is really just a fake choice most of the time when it's not a necessary narration tool). And yes as far as SSP I liked Lisa (Rebecca's daughter) but honestly I prefer fucking my daughters and sister anyway and not a fan of BDSM or otherwise being mean to LI's as a necessity to get their path so I just skipped it for now, might chase them down eventually when it gets completed. Pretty sure the side characters (Rebercca, Lisa, that hospital nurse and her daughter, etc) will get more content eventually but they are just that, side characters, so probably are not high priority.

LOL, well, can't say that's a new creative way to farm coins. I wonder if he was the same one that simply copy/pasted "sucks that this was abandoned" on every abandoned AVN thread. I mean geez, to me posting/ liking/etc naturally is far less boring (even if spamming and similar were allowed) and after a point just collect the daily 2%, far less effort overall for the same result if one is too cheap to buy the coins for a seed to collect daily interest on.

This is very true. When I found out the lack of content for the Romance path I loaded a save to choose the Dom path to see what was there, and quit that before the scene ended (before I even got to any animations.) MC decides to do the domination through humiliation and coercion and that ain't my thing. (I mean she had essentially already told him she'd do anything so why does he have to be a dick about it? I guess for kink inclusivity.
Anyway.) So yeah, I'm gonna have to a replay when the Romance path finally gets content.

One question, is the version we received different from the version that was made available to paying customers? Until now I always thought it was the same, just with a delay in the release. Regarding the colleague's 'scoop' in Devlog 79... what a scene... that mini-skirt already leaves a lot of expectation in the air... the way is to be patient and wait... another success for sure.

As far as I know content is the same, other than bug fixes and what not since technically the subs get a alpha/beta rather than a final version.

I've skipped the last few update cycles (last I played was 0.7.2R) in the hope that Ketzal would write a less douchey, selfish and casual defloration scene for Leana (and any other girls going forward e.g. Hailey, Tiffany, etc.) than the morning scene where the MC just rolls over on top of her and rams it in with basically no foreplay other than what she performed on him, or much consideration for her emotions, size or (lack of) experience. But from what I've read it seems the second such scene is just about as bad and he generally continues treating all the girls like whores, cocksleeves and cumdumps. Which is fine, I certainly would play such a path but would have preferred a more romantic path as well. Should I just stop waiting for a more romantic and "special" first time for the girls and just accept that this is a game where the MC is always an asshole, you can only choose the style and degree of his assholery with your choices?
