oh i had to increase eve stats for this to work. i still cant seem to get both of them without eve telling me to leave though

I mean, the "this picture is not from the game" isn't entirely wrong (the rest of it though...).

From what I can tell, it's from a (possibly?) upcoming game called Tomorrow's Promises. There's pictures and a script of a demo in the game files, and I assume it's made by Ketzal although it isn't stated explicitly. No way I can see to access it by normal means, so maybe not implemented yet or you can only see it in a special subscriber only version (the preamble to the demo says "Final word. Please don't share this version. This demo is just a gift to my subs, without whom SSP and all this wouldn't exist.").

Tomorrow's Promise is described as "in the same style as SSP, but with more story". And there's another demo for a game called Everything Gets Boring (actually says "Everyghing" but I'm assuming that's a typo) that is described as "a game very different from SSP".

She's got good reason, its in the flashbacks. It may not be 100% the MC's fault, an unexpected situation came up that he was involved in but it caused him to abandon her after she was vulnerable with him and admitted some stuff. But after that situation was resolved he never went back to Eve to explain what had happened, so she's been bitter at him since then.

there is a close for it. It means you have no tiffany and eve path if you choose this.
And I did not have a sex scene with tiffany and eve. Only tiff. If we can get that.

The cheaty way is once Eve walks in on you after you finish in Tiff's mouth, go into the character sheets and boost your Eve Love some. Then advance the scene and make the yellow choices, giving Eve a sub point somewhere.

Though technically, Eve is 'in' the scene only as an observer, she leaves while you continue with Tiff, and MC promises that she is next. (At least thats what I did & saw, maybe there is a way to get more participation out of her, I dunno.)

I'm not sure how far back you have to go to make any choices pro-Eve in order to do this the non-cheaty way. And I'm pretty sure that there's an Eve Love reset to zero when she walks in on you, but that might be gated by a minimum Love check with her by that point or something.

Yeah, that is the story I achieved in a normal playthrough. Eve leaves before the deflorization happens. So no Scene with Eve and Tiff as assumed...
BTW. I´s a shame there is no blood in any deflorization scene in this game...
