This one is heavily anal-focused, the MC is mostly a spineless pussy who initiates absolutely nothing himself, and the cute innocent sister is almost unquestionably going to give all her firsts to someone else (a somewhat predatory bi or lesbian woman who doesn't particularly think much of the MC, and has already gotten the girl's first kiss, first anal (with a toy), and first orgasm). If those are things you don't like, avoid. (All of which, honestly, are a shame IMO, since the girls are pretty much all smoking hot.)

It's most likely dead, and despite billing being paused, it looks like most subscribers have already bailed, which is understandable, by now people know the signs of an abandoned game.

Likely is but but who knows, the issues the Dev is facing in real life that is taking him away from this could be overcome and he might rebound. No reason for me at least to unsubcribe till either he starts asking for money with no content given back or he tells us its dead.
