Ah yeah... I haven't replayed any of those games but I remembered there was at least one where you sort of "created"/"found" family members via portaling/time travel.

Taxation is not theft, inflation is. Without Tax there be no government and we all be poor for it. Inflation is them taking a bit of all the money and giving it to their friends for just about free to use to make money.(friends=The banks)

Yeah, tax is required for doing services for those who need it.
Here the health care is free, which is awesome, and it wouldn't be possible without taxes.
The biggest problem is that many of the tax money goes to politicians pockets instead of where it should go...

It's worse when the end of the current version is an abandoned game, and you just don't know it at the time.

Even worse when the dev bastard and end the update just before a scene.
I've left games like "This scene if getting good, I'll save there and continue later", only to load it with high expectation and there's nothing, the scene will be on the next update.

I think Ripples is going there but it's not drop that shoe.

Imo time travel just sets up convoluted storytelling or just bads game in general. Even in Tripple A games, time travel can bring so much bs into the story fr.
Final Fantasy 13-2 fell of so hard due to it being a major focus of the game, so if time travel is done wrong it just becomes fucking awfull.



Ripples is a absolute exeption to that tho. the dev for sure knows how to tell a good coherent story so cudos to that x)

Know what's worse? Then proceeding to find out it's on hold then it's abandoned

Yes he is, and your right, time travel can be the awful but that can go both ways, There also the best if you get them right.(there just harder then most to get right)
