First of all, good luck. Secondly, I don't think you'll find a good answer here simply because of how broad (vague?) your question is. Do you already have some story or are you gonna base it around those tags? Are you planning to monetize it? Because if so, be prepared to make some radical compromises, e.g. if you want to go on Patreon, you can only do basic vanilla stuff due to their ToS. Come to think of it, everything falls down to the question of money. If you are expecting considerable earnings, you can't really do niche stuff simply because there won't be enough people to pay for it, which will most likely lead to an early abandonment. Likewise doing only the usual stuff ain't going to cut it unless you are a very good writer and/or you can do impressive renders to make your work stand out from the sea of other, mostly generic games. And you also expressed that you want to do something original so the latter should be out of the window anyway.

To give you at least somewhat of an answer to your question, you could try to do as much tags as possible and make them all optional. Maybe I'm the only one but it always catches my attention when the game has a wall of tags, because gives me an impression that the game is vast and I'll most likely find a thing for me.

Thats the most common genre with the most used protagonists gender and no story could ever prevent it from becoming just another common game. Thats why there are 1000 games with a recycled story because its always the same, defined and limited by genre (always the same end) and gender (always the same).

I understand. Sharing seems even less popular than cheating.
One dynamic I really like is one similar to oyakodon: Mother and Daughter, Big sister and little sister, teacher and student, babysitter and the "babysitted", or anything with an older, experienced woman corrupting an younger, more innocent girl, so you three can have fun together.
Other thing I really like is when the woman incentivize you to some taboo things, like a GF that likes incest and encourages the MC to do things with his family, each time more daring to the other, starting with roleplay, then going to spying them, using their used panties, making them taste you cum in secret until you finally get to touch and fuck them.
I really like when the woman is the more pervy one...

And the MC would be raised as a commoner until he defeated the Demon King

Other people have already said it, but it doesn't seem like you're particularly trying to go off any beaten path. If you want to keep it focused on the things you've approved of so far then you should probably instead focus on a setting instead of a story as you are kind of being cookie-cutter so far. I would vote for a fantasy and/or medieval setting then as there are way more modern setting default white male MC harem games already, so putting them in a log house 600 years ago would at least be slightly original.

I think stories like this are easier told on manga format. It would need some sort of timeskipping for it to make sense, but on games it's usually badly done.
I've read a H manga some time ago that had the mom and three children, one boy (the older one, 14 or so) and two girls, making love to each other.
The youngest (probably 7 or 8) was actually the daughter of the son, which impregnated his mom at a really young age. Hahaha

You want to make something rare many people asked for?
Make a lesbian protagonist, let her gather a harem and to make it ultra rare include lolis.
Now you just need a story, like a young (loli?) succubus who got abandoned because she refused to seduce an old priest for her initiation ceremony, a young noble/princess who refused marriage, got sent to a convent and seduces the nuns, a stray cat get saved by a girl and turns out to be a neko, or something else. Since this would be already new you could even recycle ideas like a manipulating teacher/headmaster on a girls only school, a babysitter who seduces mothers and daughters, etc and still make something new and rare.

I really like the idea of a lesbian protag with a loli harem, that sounds hot.
