It's not that I'm restarting my router as if there were no tomorrow. Just when I need to surpass some IP blocking or for the safety to have a new IP and not to be browsing always with the same IP, once a week or so. Regarding the speed, I'm not a streamer or a (non-fap) gamer, so I have not noticed any negative impact.

I suppose I'm more aware of it then due to, 1) living in a relatively rural area where fibre is only available to the street furniture and after that it's copper wire which in some cases is shared across multiple properties, 2) Although I don't do online gaming some games can have huge updates that can take a considerable amount of time especially after a blackout or during a time when local kids are at home doing homework/gaming/streaming and 3) I do use Netflix and also stream a bit of US TV through my laptop.

You don't need to be on here for hours to earn that. I avg between 1500 to 1700 a day. got over 2000 a couple times. All you have to do it comment on peoples posts, be funny and don't spam. Once your here long enough people here you start to react more to your posts.

My problem is that I cannot force myself to say something if I have nothing to say, if that makes sense. For example the recent wrestling discussions. It's not something I know anything about nor does it really interest me so in that sort of case it's better to keep my own counsel as I cannot meaningly contribute.

About that site. I have a slightly paranoid nature and was curious as to how 'safe' it is. You know viruses/malware etc.... Just because it sounds slightly fringe of the mainstream based on the sideways references I've seen.

I think it's more than the payment companies. Because of the globalization, the culture of our world seems each time "less separate", and the west is really vocal about those things, so I'm afraid of even Japan surrendering to it, not because of laws, payment or whatever, but just by sheer pressure and shaming. It maybe won't be "extinct", but it seems it's getting rarer and rarer...

I thought the issue wasn't with the payment companies per se but with the entities that own them and by extension their owners. Like moneymen in countries whose views on morality may not match that in other countries yet because they have vast reserves of wealth they can influence based on their 'values'.

I mean a real animal can't just have all sharp teeth because they need to grind down food and if you had sharp teeth in the back of your mouth I'd think you could cut your mouth on them. Like look at a wolf's front teeth and imagine how that wouldn't work if all their teeth were like them. But a dragon is fictional so all their teeth can be sharp.

Carnivores tend to have only sharp teeth in their mouths, though of various lengths obviously, that are used to tear the flesh of their prey so they can swallow it. Herbivores tend to have flatter grinding teeth for grinding plant matter into a bit of mush to aid swallowing.
Omnivores such as humans have a mix of teeth types to allow them to deal with a more varied diet. Which is a fact that may get lost a little in the whole vegan diet debate I think, plus I know there are supplements and other things that can be used to replace the nutrients ingested from meat products but I assume they must be heavily processed in a similar way as some meat products are. I don't know, I have no real opinion, I am just asking for information.

Also as an aside following on from that, I don't know if anyone here could help but think of this last bit as a straw poll of sorts. Occasionally over the last few years I've seen some news stories about lab grown meat and have wondered, for those people who have chosen to become Vegan due to the ethical considerations around animal rights would eating such meat be acceptable to them if it eventually came to market. I understand that such a question would be a very personal choice and so I hope only people who it apply to would answer. No judgment from me, it's just something I wonder about sometimes. Full disclosure I am not a Vegan though I do not judge those who are.

That is fine. There has been plenty of conversations here that i know nothing about. Just jump in when you can. As you can see there's all sorts of conversations going on here. If that fails don't be afraid to try and start your own. Something your interested in and see where it can go. We're all different people here and what doesn't interests one could someone else.

This isn't actually true. Barring defects in meiosis, men produce sperm with an even split of X and Y chromosomes. There's no variation in how the sperm is stored so based solely on men it's a 50/50 shot of having a boy or a girl. The conditions inside the mother's body, on the other hand, can have a significant impact on whether sperm with an X or Y chromosome reaches the egg. Diet and environmental conditions can affect this. So change up the grocery list and adjust the thermostat if things aren't working out how you want.

After completing my backread of this thread I have compiled my findings into the below abridged lore. also the doverdad line in song makes more sense if you read this for context

Spoiler: Abridged Lurker Lore Post Purge

AI Era- This was a dangerous lawless time, Smols ran free, vampires roamed about, and was host to of all sorts of animal wars; it so dangerous in fact that newbies had goblins given to them by @Flaming1 for their safety when they first joined.

After an infiltration of a bad actor, this era was brought to an abrupt end, and the gods cast a spell that caused a great purge across the land. There was mass confusion in this aftermath with little communications from the gods, and with the future uncertain some people fled the land looking for greener pastures, while others stayed and prayed to the gods for them to return and tell them the way forward.

Eventually the future of the land was decided by the esoteric gods @Guz89 and @mime, beings of great power who it's said can change the lay of the threads, and either grant you great wealth or steal all LoliCoin from your bank account with just a mere thought.

But even gods can make mistakes such as refusing to acknowledge the superiority of the sleaze reaction and refusing to award it positive points, and ignoring the prayers of the people for them to come to their senses. For the safety of it's citizens all the aforementioned content would be now been quarantined into a pocket realm named P4. An area where a select few would be allowed to access after proving their devotion to the land and the gods themselves. There were a some unintended consequences of this great purge. With all the goblins locked away in P4 now there is no one to protect the newbs holes from the Svenske kocken @conzibald . Newbies beware if you hear a 'hurdy gurdy' or a 'bork, bork, bork' it's already too late you belong to him now. May the gods have mercy on your holes. @Flaming1 still has issues sleeping at night knowing he could help the newcomers to the land if only the goblins were allowed to be freed again.

Another issue was that PFP's began to mysteriously disappear so a hero from the previous era @Slumdum, bane of Slumrogs and Hellcoons, who if whispers are to be believed has the ability to summon the gods themselves, arose from retirement and painstankling fingerpainted recreations of the missings PFPs one by one to help keep identities straight for awhile as the citizens of Lewd Corner adjusted to their new way of life.

Of course you cant mention the amazing Slum without talking about their worse half @-Bonk- , a violent goon who roams the land with their gang of Bonkettes harassing the citizens of LewdCorner. Bonks also has a pet raccoon (@algeo) that hangs out with them constantly always running around tackling and throwing people into garbage dumpsters. Never take financial advice from these two, they recommended some cryptocurrencies that absolutely tanked and lost the monies for all the investors. (insert that tiger guy meme)

Thankfully there is the local DR, @EvilSurgeon who is always around to help patch up the victims of this rowdy crew. His prices are affordable, and the rumors that patients leave missing organs is greatly exaggerated.

Before the purge there were many activities to keep the citizens occupied but with a majority of those activities now banished to the P4 realm they had to find new ways to pass the time. Originally they played Bingo, but this was quickly replaced by the more fun games of Uno and Yahtzee. However, beware of the cursed elephant in Yahtzee—some say it’s best avoided. Others gathered round @Monokuma 's podium to listen to his lengthy philosophical musings on all matters of topics from wokeism in casting for movies to the evolution of language. And if those looooooong talks didn't put you to sleep you always had the the enchanting bedtime stories told by @bloodhheart , to you to guarantee sweet dreams for all.

Access to P4 was supposed to take time to be granted but as always people found creative ways to exploit this new system. One person was able to fool the system and took on two persona's (@Teaspoon , and @Underlord) to generate infinite amount of LoliCoins from each other. These lolicoins fund the giveaways of one of the personas granting massive wealth to random citizens. It's still unclear what ulterior motive @Teaspoon has with these competitions of his, so be wary of accepting any LoliCoins from this slippery spoon. And there are rumors of cosmetic enhancements from fork to spoon—though such matters are best left unspoken.

Of course these were not the only people to try and quickly make a fortune in this new system, @micmitja quickly cornered the coffee market, creating a caffeine dependency among the citizens. A few holdouts still prefer tea, but @micmitja’s coffee empire remains dominant. Others like the femboy extraordinaire @Silwith quickly gained enough favor to be granted access to P4 by leveraging their charms and whoring themselves out to whoever would give them coin.

Most importantly it was discovered that there was an even more covert area, called P5 that has being hidden from all but a select few of the gentry The Lurker Legion with talks of even more areas heing explored. There is no evidence anywhere in the lore pointing towards any type of P5 conspiracy, there is nothing after P4 it is a waste of time to keep looking.

Other citizens of note in the Lore:

@DoverDad 's Dreams of having enough children to form his own football team, @DoverDad faced the challenge of moving his large family post-purge but decided it was more practical to stay put.

@xoram: A notorious figure, known for his malevolent nature and the danger he poses to anyone’s GPUs.

@Ketamina The beloved bot reminds everyone daily to stay hydrated and maintain good posture, an essential service in the chaotic world.

@Inyo is a striking figure who appears like a shadow during the dark hours of the night. Dressed almost always in black, they possess an ethereal quality, often seeming to vanish into the air with an almost magical grace. Their pale skin and sharp smile add to their enigmatic presence, leaving a trail of intrigue wherever they go. They're a noble who hails from a distant land, their origins shrouded in mystery
