Im trying to build one anew, 'cause my old one died, from display to power supply. Im using a old notebook. A new, good enough to play what I wat cost like 5 to 7 montly minimal wage, its kinda hard to hoard money, if only I could buy with LC.

Totally get you, just build a new pc in January wanted to experience 4k 120 fps with ray tracing to only find out that it's a pipe dream, even the RTX4090 that cost a wopping 3000$(price of my entire build )with taxes in Canada is not able to achieve this unless your running a 20 years old game.

Depends on what you want. The maximum in ray tracing is impossible to run natively in full res even with the latest gpu. Fsr or dlss is a must for you to even get a playable framerate.

But if you limit yourself to only certain raytracing effects or reducing them altogether, you can still benefit from them here and there while still getting an enjoyable experience

Edit: also remember to check out mods. Some ppl manage to optimize or implement other ray tracing options which can improve it in many cases

Don't beat yourself up about It's metallic pronouns, but certainly if you
backread you would have known that It is the preferred. My blood boils
and my skin crawls when it is mentioned so the elevated level of rage is
mainly for that reason.

much like my bank account on here my irl one also has very little monies, so it's a staycation. I have use/lose and I'll be damned if I lose it.
