I think the budget was Cape, Martin Sheen, Spawn, Clown, Violator, Sets, Catering, Coffee, Cast, Transportation, Sound, Music, Writers, that one guy that just stood around playing "pocket pool" on set, and Hell. I had no issues with Capaldi. I thought he was a great doctor also. I just think those few episodes after Coleman left and he was alone were some of the best episodes he did
