Hey, guys, long time no see!
I'm on vacation, so I'm enjoying my free time and not coming here that much anymore, but I sometimes jump to the last page to see what has been currently discussed.
I see that you guys are talking about foods, so I'll jump in the conversation! Hahaha

Unless it's a fruit pizza or dessert pizza.
I LOVE sweety savory foods. Pineapple, bananas, raisins, jellys, even pure sugar and/or caramel, give me everything!
Ironically I don't like sweet foods thaaaaat much, but put some sweet ingredients in a non sweet food and for me it will be evem better!
Many japanese foods, which I also love, have a foot on the sweet side of things. Sushi rice has sugar in it. Omelette has sugar in it. Many sauces have sugar on them. Delicious!
I can get behind the other stuff, but anchovies are a traditional topping straight from the birthplace of pizza. Just because you don't like them doesn't mean you should refuse them to people with more traditional and sophisticated palates. I bet you think "pepperoni" is the best thing on pizza - that plastic crap used over here would be dumped in the trash in Italy. And it's more of a Spanish hard chorizo than any type of Italian charcuterie. I'll eat it, but tend to avoid it if I order just for myself.
Man, I think these people would have a heart attack here in Brazil. We are known for butchering traditional recipes and adding various different ingredients to things.
Think of a random ingredient and there is a high chance of somewhere here having that on a type of pizza. Hahaha
and yes it's true that Europeans have trouble with spices x), the number of people who find that I spice my dishes too much even though I barely feel the spiciness x:
ps : sorry guz for double post
I've never been to USA or UK, but I've seen lots of brazilians say their food is bland and lacking spices, and also seen lots of USA people say that latin american food have too much spices on it. Are you latin american by any chance? I think it's a cultural difference, but clearly our food is superior...
I have never seen a French person eat frogs, as for snails, many people don't like them. all countries have their dishes that put others off a little.
I've never eaten frogs or snails, but I want to. I love trying new foods, even when I think I won't like it...
Unless I missed it, there's very few official sites.
On the amateur ones, all agree to remove the skin.
As far the green part, half say cook it normally. The other half say, bake the pizza first, add the kiwi, then broil for a little bit.
The fact that even the sites that give the recipe call it "The Kiwi Pizza abomination." or something like that... doesn't inspire confidence.
I've never, ever, ever, on my entirw life, seen someone eat kiwi with skin. There are people who do?
