I wouldn't really call it a "strip poker" game, but Holiday Island by Darkhound had a pretty in depth strip poker minigame with several of the girls you could romance, iirc, you won extra scenes with the girls too, not just them stripping. had to constantly save scum my way into winning because I suck at poker.
It's been a while since I played the game, and I honestly don't remember much more. Heck, even if I'm wrong I still recommend the game. It's older but good (and complete).
It had quite a few routes and good characters too, would recommend. the scene OP is mentioning does sound a lot like what happened with Ada's boyfriend in parental love, but it equally sounds like something the guardian would put out. so I guess it depends on OP looking at both and seeing if any characters feel familiar.

Surprisingly though, you don't see this a lot.. 9/10 times when cucking is involved, it's somehow always you (the player/MC) getting cucked, instead of doing it.. Doing the cucking is definately better!
I'd say in most games you are the bull, but behind the husband's/boyfriends/lovers back.. not really in full view of them.
