You can just pull them off your HD or an internet site onto the text box and they'll be automatically linked or uploaded and displayed as image. Sometimes they might come with a link tracing back, for that you can just left-click & select "Unlink" to remove the link or link image that would double up.

If you attach an image, like you did, not only is it a lot harder to see your image, but it's actually not possible to quote your message, because as far as the website is concerned, there's no quotable message.

and other times, everything loads for more than 10 mins fml, and when this happens all images crash and the page will stop midway

For me it's especially around 6-7 pm UTC that things get bad (2-3 hours from now).
