could be that some that get started can also run into legal issues alongside the typical biting off more than they can chew so they brun themselves out or something else gets in the way and the game gets abandoned. I think it is generally easier and safer going with the stock models that are available which tend to cater to regular world setting

I didn't like WotR as much compared to kingmaker....but I liked playing multi build with mods and increasing the difficulty to balance it haha.
Respec every team member as well since they need to look how i imagine them to be haha.
But generally I only play modded when I finish vanilla atleast once.

you playing with mods? why i never! personally i have a hard time going back to kingmaker the improvements in ui and gameplay combined with all the class choice makes it really hard for me to go back to it and i love the mythic addition too. dont play mods on these except skip intro and in kingmaker able to destroy loot left in a map.
