There's a game that was called City of Heroes.

It got in trouble with Marvel because a bunch of their characters were showing up on this generic superhero game site. They sued.
It took a while, but it came out in court that a chunk (I forget the percentage) of the Marvel characters... had been created by Marvel employees!
They couldn't prove malice from Marvel in court, but it was enough for CoH to keep going.

Of course, I personally thought that Marvel created something in CoH themselves, then got CoH in trouble for it.

Makes me wonder how many of these "bad actors" on this LC site are legit stupid, legit malicious, or work for the very people that want us gone.

Adult content sites are numerous, same for adults games but with a good community function's like a active forum a rare. Personally only 3 sites come to my mind. Cuck95 as the biggest but the rules, mods and community are shit. So many hoiler than thou-type of people getting offended by flat characters, it's not funny. Next would be the site of All-Those-Fuckers, with basically zero functionality of a games section because it goes all over the normal forum without any real searching features. Of course they are accepting of the smolls but it always feels like half of them have dozen of dark web bookmarks and cheer for new news story about a teacher slept with a student. And this site which feels normal. People here are stupid, horny degenerates, talking in meme's or gif's but have at least common sense.

There is nothing wrong with cucks, I posted AI images on there a couple of hours ago without any problems. You can even post porn images and gifs, you can have real images, porn images, AI images as a PFP or signature. Yes they don't allow smalls, but that is not a problem for me and never has been. I am not knocking this site, but it appears to be getting more and more restrictive than cucks as each month passes. It appears forcing members to be more active on here hasn't done anything to make the site any safer from it being reported or maybe I am wrong.

I really only learned about it because it was brought up in a discussion about gun regulations. Texas has like no regulation on firearms, but a max limit on the number of dildos and fleshlights you can own. I would assume that forcing people to be active makes it more susceptible to being reported, if anything.

But everything is delegated like there is the owner who is like the president, and then some admins under him, then mods under the admins.
And everything is talked about in the discord basically with I guess an admin and then the mods under him, and voted on.

You know what, that whole discord thing reminds me of city council, that's what I'm thinking, where the council talks and
