The higher ranks include ALL access of the lower ones, just not the customization.
The most important ranks are m+ (games+), P1 (no more like cooldown), P4 (complete access to all)

if you dont care about these, you can buy p4 straight and itll include everything

If you want to like a post after liking another one, you've got to wait something like 180 seconds or 300 seconds or so.
P1 removes it, that's why you don't have any.
