It comes down to the different commentators but also this event is partly owned by Sony so swearing is a down to a minimum so instead of fuck it's wow.

Yes you need to be P4. And if you had a thread moved into there, you can't access it anymore until you have the rank.

I don't watch most adaptations or universe adaptions of things, honestly.
Not Acolyte, not Witcher, not even the first two seasons.

When you know the source material, and what the stories were about, there's just waaay too much of a difference and too little of the original intention.
It's this kind of modern recycling of brands purely to dip into the existing audience pool with no understanding of what the original's strengths are.
And if you don't maintain what the original was about, what's the point in using it as material instead of inventing your own fresh new ideas.

I'm presently rereading my Tolkien stuff - last read through was in the late 80s. I enjoyed the LotR movies quite a bit, even though I'm now being reminded how different they are from the books in many details (already knew much of it, but seeing more and more as I read). Had fun with The Hobbit movies, even though they were VERY different than the book (had to get Orlando another payday, I guess), but decided RoP wasn't worth my time as it was approached in much the same way as Acolyte. Then again, they also don't have access to some of the better source material so that can be limiting.

Even if you had p4 I would not recommend posting any AI till the dust settles here first with the mods purging AI outside P4

maybe request any mod to remove it, idk how that works and push it back to general or mem+

if you want to avoid all this hassle (im suggesting cause i didnt see much posts in it), start a new thread with the same thing
and say "Dont post smol and ai pics" or something
