Found this on the other site, figured I could copy/paste it over here, seems to have some useful information. I still don't understand all of it, but it definitely tells me I was playing it very wrongly.
Anyway, the gameplay is basically obtuse bullshit, and swimming is absurdly broken. I turned FPS down to 20 and used a controller to give myself some extra reaction time, and even on normal the NPC moves ridiculously faster. Save scum is required.
Better yet, find savegame that already has things unlocked, or the cheat file that's around which starts you out on the first day with a bunch of money and already maxed stats so you can focus on dealing with the other bullshit aspects of the gameplay.
Ok, so while pounding out hand-eye coordination crash courses on the fly is not exactly what I'd call the most intuitive gameplay experience out there, all's well that ends well. But for the newb; a new game means a whole new experience, and new game plus+ not even worth it due to the extensive raise of daytime strength requirements in exchange for the smallest profit.
So here's a couple of tips to get you going without too much trouble:
1-All Npcs are user-anti-friendly and require food gifts from the beachside shop to even attempt at starting their storyline.(Are other items usable: yes, but farming crops are a waste when the game demands you to grind your strength)(The food item you want to buy is ramen, usually 3 to 4 injections do the trick but if you're pressed for time then just 3 ramen packs with a random crop vegetable will also do the trick.)
2-Swimming is the most beneficial way to gain money and strength in a short period of time so you can press the 'S' key to level up both your day and night energy bars. The strength requirements are 2D-100, 2N-150, 3D-500, and 3N-550.(Unless your playing New game+ in which case, the uploader probably screwed you over because other than the miniscule bit of extra funding, 3D now equals 700.)
3-You generally want to grind your stats through swimming and watching tv at home. Although the process is tedious it generally takes 3 rounds of swimming in the daytime for it to shift to Afternoon in which there's only a single round of swimming available. Therefore, you should first sacrifice the 3rd round and only complete 2 round so you can go home and put energy bars to use on the TV.(If you do it any other way, you're wasting energy bars or if you only deplete part of your energy bars hoping to regen them in the afternoon, that is a grave mistake.)[because they don't]
4-Since affection automatically degenerates, put all of the evening dinners on one girl so they don't deplete into nothing. Don't worry if you're planning on catching them all, you'll have plenty of wiggle room to pick and choose after you're finished grinding.(Milf starter event(2s)(they're plural for a reason and the 2 is not a mistake either )-interact with player grown garden with maxed relation stats not lust stats after basic intro, Loli starter-pornography book[obtained through grandma, produce shopkeep, and beachside shop owner maxed ramen injection and story progression and return to shop wares/ faster route involves injection into pink-haired tallywagger from the intro]
5-Basic controls= S opens upgrade options and basic tutorials, A opens relationship status, and B opens inventory or 'bag'.
6-Progressing the story is linear and money should be accumulated but there are a couple of exceptions.(Such as the grandma story chain from earlier which you need to complete to have a chance at winning a future competition later down the line, or the beachside owner's daughter which you're going to need to take down earlier on through injections and ten successful gambles so you can grab money faster.)(The grandma story chain is going to require 3 extra foodstuffs offered to the statue next to the fishing spot to be truly completionary.)(The rule of thumb for gambling is that anything above a 5 is most likely lower than the presented number and vice versa whilst '5' itself is a devil's gambit.)
7-Random Tidbits: Not all Npcs have the same number of injections so expect less for at least Grandma and beach girl. Also grinding is a must and you can ignore literally everything else except grinding until you meet two requirements(a. all energy bars maxed(day and nighttime) and b. Swimming lessons successfully purchased which cost 5,000 then 10,000 individually to complete proficiency.(They unlock from completing hard mode one time.)
8- Required items: get the coin from the shop and the super fishing rod from the beachside shop, they're both required for future competitions as is the grandma story chain. But for the grandma story chain the 3 extra foodstuffs need to be the same as the one that you put next to the statue, so don't get confused. Lastly, beach girl is required for the fruit exchange so gamble your own way between grinding and see how that ends up for you.(But I recommend 1 gamble per day since it would only take 7 days total including the time required to inject ramen and gain chips to exchange.)[presuming you gamble successfully ten times per round]
