I don't think they will ever have a "healthy" relationship. Up until now it seems like everyone was trying to manipulate the mc. Alice and Nicole came up with the whole scheme for the mc to get busted by Cassey. As long as the girls keep playing those games the relationship will always be messy, so the MC has to be the one to take control and stop letting them manipulate him.

Yea that is one of the reasons why I say their relationship will never be healthy by normal standards. But they can create a relationship where there isn't as much conflict between the girls. Most of the conflict seems to come from them wanting to control the mc. I don't remember exactly what they said, I would have to play the game again. But even Leana and Hailey, when they were at the pool were talking about something along the lines of getting the mc to pay more attention to them than to their moms. Unless the mc takes charge, there will always be a lot of conflict.

I'm glad the relationship dynamics are so unhealthy. So many games use some gimmick to have a consensual incest story that are just off. I get the space has been ruined by Patreon, but even without it a lot of that exists. Games like this and Malignant show how hard it would be to have anything like that in something approaching reality. Most people in this sort of situation, even if they didn't realize it early on, would get older and say, "Hey, this is actually really fucked up" and that should be explored more.

Depends on which update you're talking about. The 0.9.1.22 only updates the Macy path. So the last scene would be somewhere after the flashback the MC has while talking with her.
