On my machine the game gets a unrecoverable error, just at starting chapter 2...

I picked the VN and had 0 problems. The KN option has no images as it isn't finished.

It's always odd to me when someone comes into a thread and tells people not to play or not to give the developer thoughts and advice on the developer's behalf. If the developer doesn't want to take advice or ideas into considerations, fair enough, and if the developer tells people not to play, again, fair enough, but for someone else to do it on the dev's behalf is kind of crazy. The developer wants to make a product, likely money, and if the dev has already taken people's idea into account enough to do a remake why shouldn't people give more advice and the dev take it on board?

The dev removed some content and adjusted the MC's personality some. But the tradeoff seems to be a lateral move (from what I hear). For most people who were upset with the story before I imagine that they will not like the newer stuff that much either. The Main Character should be the Main Character. He should be the primary focus.

And the arguments of "Harem fans demand every girl be a virgin, even the milfs," is inaccurate. No one asks for that. Most harem fans just don't want the girls having sex with other people once the game starts, even less so to hear about it or their past sexual actions in detail, and we for sure don't want the Mc to enjoy when the girls are with others, that's all. If the Main Character is indeed the Main Character, then he should be the focus, the game is about him and his relationships. If the dev wants to reach out to the biggest audience possible then it would be good for the dev to continue to listen to the fans and possible players base and take their ideas into account. Whichever way it seems they go, and then make the call for themselves. Which right now seems to be that the changes are not as much of an upgrade as was hoped for.

On a personal note: lesbians don't do much for me, even more so when they do it behind my back. Why should the Mc just watch two girls when he can just bang a chick himself. During an actual three-some, okay, maybe then it can be fun to see the girls do a little with each other while the Mc plows one of them. I've always liked my modified two chocolate bars analogy: Two chocolate bars are only better when I'm the one eating them, not when they are in another room eating each other. Same thing with chicks, two chicks are only better if I'm involved, not when they are off with each other.

I wasn't going to give this a try before because of the scenes and vibes that I was told it had, those kinks just aren't for me. I came into the thread because of the remake because I was told that had been changed. Then I read about the changes, and they still seem a little out place for my tastes, so it's back to wait and see for me. But that's just my two cents and as always, best of luck to the dev!

To be honest, i don't understand the restart (the bit with tony didn't really matter to me, as in the end its only talk and the MC gets the sister). But i like the new scene and i don't see anything wrong with the girls having fun as long as in the end the MC gets them. My main Problem with the restart is that now i have to wait longer till we get to the cousin ;-)

Which version are you trying this on?

My quick bugfix was only made for v0.6 (the previous release, before the remake), as stated. I haven't done anything for the 0.1 remake (as I would've hoped the dev had made a permanent fix for this).
