A new cleanup update has been posted covering the recent Vault rework, rank changes, policy cleanup, and theme polish.
The goal is to make LC cleaner, easier to understand, and safer for the site going forward.

I looked at the variables, and it looks like the "Dream baby" from the tower was added and when Tara actually gave birth it added to the lists of babydad, babygender, and babyname. Those lists had 3 items compared to the 2 for babymom, babybirthday, and babynursed. Deleting the extra variables from the lists fixed it.
Thanks a lot for letting me know about the details! I've written the code under the assumption that the "dream baby" is the first one to be born in Chapter 4. But there is nothing enforcing that at the moment, hence Barbara has the chance to give birth first [which kinda makes sense as she got pregnant first ]. I should create a script fix that prevents this from happening (and now that know how exactly the data got corrupted, I can probably also fix for a people who couldn't cope with using the console).
The scriptfix prevents Barbara giving birth before Tara, and if that already happens, will try to unfuck the baby data. You don't need the scriptfix if the first person to give birth in Chapter 4 was Tara.
I have 8 sex scenes so far, which make up three events (Tara has fun with Daniel and a dog; Tara puts on a walrus show; Tara gives advice to a frustrated woman).
The next update is also going to introduce the last missing mechanic to Chapter 4, which is taking care of military matters. This involves training and motivating the troops, and (optionally!) taking command of them in battles. Programming that is maybe 2/3rds done. For all those disliking minigames, there will be an auto-resolve button.

When this game going end , with endless quest over again (tax, sermon, infrastructure e.t.c) not to mention this game is large it take quite significant amount of HD space
