Well ignoring things that gross me out which are instant turn offs.
I'd go with sissification mostly becuase its always so boring i don't care about how its done, either do it fully with a trans story. But thats also were what really would be my biggest anti favorite in noncon and humiliation which are some of the biggest concepts in sissification and really ntr. really what makes sissification/ntr and stuff turn me of, i like when all parties are into it from the start and not just at the end. Also probably why i like ntr games from the stolen ones perspective (if they are rapeless) and not from the cucks perspective.
