I don't know anything about the rest of the weeks.

How interesting is it, is there a lot of censorship or is the "loli" content very scarce and restricted?

Both this game and Deadlocked in Time have no censorship, as long as you download and install the patches correctly.

I wouldn't say it gets better per se. It gets more interesting, then it goes completely insane, if I'm being honest.

It's by no means the worst writing I've seen in an AVN, but it's certainly not the best either. It quite often jumps from one scene to the next with very little transition, and the sheer number of characters is frankly daunting, but it's mostly fun, and the actual sex scenes are generally enjoyable, with a decent amount of variety.

But yeah, it's basically Kingdom Hearts: retranslated levels of both complicated and writing quality. Still enjoy it though.

Might be a bit off with my math, but first release Tiers 3&4 get it for three day.
Then Tier 2 for 3 day and the tier 1.
So, my best guess would be, 10 days from initial release until public.
