I think it's just crazy how within a year you can be making tens of thousands of LC every day from interest alone.

More seriously, within a few months there will be people getting multiple M+'s per day from the bank. Some will buy popularity by giving away M+ to anyone who asks. This will defeat the purpose of LCoin (either by letting back in bad actors, or cutting off the revenue stream they just got, depending on what you think the real reason behind the coins is)

But yes it would be nice to have something to spend coins on for the high earners. But then low earning users would complain that it's a waste of coins or too expensive.

As of now, there are fewer than 50 people who have purchased Prestige 4. I think once users hit a certain level it's fairly obvious they can be trusted. Now they just need to be convinced not to decide for everyone who is trustworthy without proving it by grinding. Keep your millions and brag about it, but don't spread the wealth.

The current forum style is only used because there was a huge bug because of the server host switch. The new old style (it was blackish, you might remember) will have that lvl-thing and it will be somehow integrated with the LC coins system. But for some reason it isn't shown anymore.

To be frank, at my current interest rate I could gift 10 members+ per week without losing coins. But yeah, I won't do that for exact that reason, it would make the credits system pointless.

This! You'll get way more coins by just posting insightful and interesting comments in threads where people are talking. Also, try reacting to other content. If you don't, no one gets any coins.

Even with my level of bank interest, I can still get way more coins from reactions than the bank.

maybe they would make it so you cant gift M+, or LCoin gifts at all? It's an easier way to do it. They could make a separate pool for awards and stuff like that... or just ban people for over gifting. A 2nd currency sounds harder to make and implement, given that it too could get exploited in the same way
