Totally agree and as far as I remember there where no hints if you're stuck because the game has not yet been developed further or if you just somehow didn't trigger some required event or didn't grind enough.

I got stuck in an infinite loop in that game
I hated it so much

Its table top approach was poorly implemented and i couldn't bring myself to continue past the intro

Birdshot is gonna suck, yeah. Not much penetration, but enough for your stay in the ER to be awhile. Don't use the Judge, you're more likely to miss or jam rather than make the game rapist pay. Still can't be too skinny of a dude because birdshot can still get in there. A blowtorch keeps lethality down so, ya know

At least list the tags you are interested in. All people have completely different tastes and preferences. What for some is a masterpiece for others is garbage. In the same way, your tastes and interests may be very different from those of a large part of your audience. And that's normal. Just learn to make your questions more specific.

I would attribute this to all games by this developer (SerialNumberComics). He just doesn't know how to make games, lots of problems with game mechanics, gameplay optimization. The first project - Tangled Up, was in principle not passable, the first part of FOTM I passed, but it was enough for me for a long time, to the second part did not touch. And he is developed Jens Dilemma - reincarnation of FOTM. It just shows that the developer hasn't learned anything (or doesn't want to learn) over the years. The question is how long his enthusiasm will last - he only has 186 subscribers on Patreon.
