It can be beneficial to have multiple projects at once, as it prevents boredom from the one.
But yeah, when you don't have the time to spend on both, it can be frustrating for the players

Yeah I agree when done properly it's fine. Like blackheart games for example. They're working on multiple projects and they are consistent.
