RenPy for mechanics (Save system,Text skip,Variablity of Settings,Modding etc) for performance Unity is better. i have a potato low end PC and 4K30fps animation is literally runs about 5 FPS in RenPy games, when i UnRen it and open the animation WEBM with VLC it runs smoothly with 4K30fps just like in Unity Games which has 4K30fps animations.

renpy imo its easier to get the save file from to throw into the online save editor so i can cheat myself $99999999 in grindy games

Ren'py by far for me, it's just way more user and mod friendly.
I don't even like Unity in regular games.

Renpy always and everytime.. Unity lack "controll" options(rollback/ship) at least not as well as Renpy

Ren'py always. Less hassle and more platform friendly. 3D Unity graphics irk me for some reason. 2D Unity games on the other hand are awesome 👌

Renpy.
Most art is better then unity models, maybe that will change in the future, but currently its an absolute fact.
And renpy is better on weaker computers + easy to cheat, so no grinding ^^

Ren'py all day cause I'm an android user. Unity if I'm using my laptop but eh I'd still pick ren'py.

Ren'Py, no doubt.
Unity has other strengths outside adult gaming.

For what?

For making games, Unity
For making VN (including VN that you pretend are games) Renpy

Renpy for sure, ive had tons of errors and games not even opening with unity

Yes. Renpy for cheating and modding is the best option, and knowing where things are saved is a lot easier to access and transfer plays too. A lot of Unity and rpgm store files system wide rather than in the game directory, probably a dev option to stop cheating, but why?

Ren'py because it has a lot of built-in settings, even if the developer didn't think to add them to the game, as is often the case with Unity
In addition, I can modify the game screens at will, add buttons and so on.
Well, I can hack the game if there is too much grind in it
