To each their own. To me bald ones are disgusting (not counting lolis, those are excused because they can't control what's not there), like the before and after picks of a Himalayan cat after it's shaved. afaik this is all you can see or do for now:

the game right now is very grindy and everything you do with her is based on random chance, which is not logical; it doesn't really matter how much trust or affection you have with her.
expected functions have been disabled, like rolling back or loading a save.
saving itself is made a little too complicated.
there's obviously alot of work gone into making this game already.
I hope the dev takes feedback and improves their game.

More like no hair is a genetic mutation. For proof one only needs to go back about half a mil years or so, multiple species of humans coexisted and they were all still as hairy as the apes before them, including the females before it started to thin out a bit on the chest, arms, back and legs, but even today sometimes you may find some dude with no shirt wandering in Walmart aisles and mistake him for Bigfoot. As far as pubes or no pubes that's far more recent, and instead of evolution it was caused by biki fashion designers fucking shit up starting in the late 1980's over the course of 5-10 years. As those got less and less women had to shave it more and more to keep hairs from peeking out the sides, until there was basically nothing left. Before that (1985ish) pretty much everyone had bushes since humans have been humaning. Here's a challenge: Try to find a pre-1985 porno with a starlet with no bush/shaved (underaged ones don't count, but even 1984 Traci Lords had a small bush at 15). I really wanted to like this game, but the grind is just too much. Even with Universal RenPy Mod it was bad and a wrong action can just end the game without a chance to roll back. Extremely frustrating to play, but I'll keep my eyes on it just in case it gets more playable.

I feel like this game is a bit stifled by trying to put too many things into the game at the same time. Wouldn't it be better to try to get one play style at the time working properly?
Currently playing as a student feels like RNG clicker machine to see what stats go up and down until the weekend as you can't do anything until then. Not that you can do much anyway since you are too poor to do anything for several weeks until you get lucky with the stock market.
If you play as a part-timer you have more options to do stuff at home, but there is barely anything to do. At least you can go shopping for food, but not go to the pharmacy for 'lady stuff' (or whatever the game calls it).
There are also way too many conversation topics, and there is no way to know what will work well until you've RNG tested all of them and by that point why do we need the topics that aren't rolled to be your roommate's interests?
Try working on completing a few features at the time instead of cramming a lot of things that have barely anything too them. Also, let me do more stuff at home in the afternoon, like checking what my home inventory looks like instead of needing to wait until I can go to the shop which takes up time.
There is nothing rewarding involved in trying to get trust up to 100, and until then there is nothing fun to do at all. And if you get bad RNG and don't save scum you can easily get all the way up to 70 trust only for it to drop down to 30 because of a series of bad conversations.
Lastly, the constant loss in lust or trust (depending on history with your roommate) means you will easily go into the minus in lust if you picked 'best friend' when trying to get trust up to 100, this will slow you down so much.
There are many more criticism I could give, but the game is still early in development. My suggestion: pick one playstyle to focus on, and make that pathway from beginning to end fleshed out. Then focus on another playstyle.
