A GILF should be considered any woman who is typically gray haired, wrinkled, and in menopause. Normally 50+. Much like the women in these random ads that have been popping up in the lower right hand corner of this site lately.

Just because you can technically have a 28 year old grandmother doesn't really make her a GILF in the traditional sense. That's the exception, not the rule.

If we are VERY technical first, a milf has to be a mother no matter what, no mature, age is not the requirement for a milf (at least for me), but even if we remove that requirement and put it in mature it will be when the I'd Like to Fuck stopped taking effect, that is, if you don't want to have sex with her she stops being a milf and when she has grandchildren she is a Gilf

Hell, no. When I was in my teens to mid 30s was into older women (20s until about 18, not 40s until I was 30s.) Now it's younger or the same. One I like now she just turned 50 a bit over a week ago, I did almost 5 months ago.
