Depends on the looks and portrayel of the character for me. If you just go by strict definition a 20 year old with a child would also be a milf, though I wouldn't say it fits the picture of "milf" I associate. Same with gilf. A gilf would just need to look the part, no matter if she even technically is one. What's the difference between a 55 year old with a child that has their own children to one with a child that doesn't? Nonsense definition gate-keeping that is.

MILF is a term for women without kids too its more of a look and age range than literally if they are a mother/grandma.
