In its chapter on family offences, the penal code provides for a prison sentence of up to six years for anyone who has sex with a direct descendant. If incest takes place between siblings, the maximum sentence is only two years.
Modification of the law since 2018

It is no longer necessary that the act is committed on a minor to be criminally punished since the law of 2018: it is enough that the individual is a victim of rape, sexual assault or sexual assault for there to be incest.

Exactly, and our ancient ancestors were mostly very healthy, because only those survived due to harsh life conditions, and also because of the absence of smartphones)))
So, in case of, let's say, a population bottleneck (e.g. a brother and a sister surviving a raft wreck on a remote island) they could produce perfectly healthy offsprings and totally populate the island in a few generations.

Can you provide the penal code were it states that incest between consenting adults is forbidden and punished?
My French is very basic and I used auto translation to English but as far as I can see incest is only mentioned in the context of rape/abuse and sex with minors:

No, incest is not forbidden in France or 90% of Europe. People often confuse two things: domestic rape and incest. Incest between consenting adults is not forbidden, just like any other practice between consenting adults. But when people talk about incest today, they're talking about the rape of minors within the family. WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!
Marriage between first- and second-degree relatives is of course forbidden, not because of the taboo but because... medical reasons and religious culture.

So Rebecca will not be (in THIS update). OK. It's clear.
Well, then, we will wait further ...
On the other hand - while I am having fun with Rebecca, Nicole sits and misses without a beloved brother. Rebecca is of course very good, but the family is a family first of all! Well, maybe Someday Rebecca will also go into our family by the birth of our child, but while she is not a family, and therefore, she will wait until I do family affairs.
So far, she is just our toy and cannot claim attention more than our family requires.

since the release was one week later than predicted, the public release should be around June 21 - 23.
As long as the testers don't find any major bugs or something else delays the normal release cycle.

What Clem scene are you talking about? Some scenes are mutually exclusive and are not shown if you choose a certain (sub)-path.

The one where Alice 9 years old stumbled upon daddy and Clem in action.
I remembered i manage to unlock the scene in pre 9.2.2.
But i havent been able to see it after a few runs in 9.2.2. Whats the criteria to enter this subpath?
