Abandoned VN Ren'Py DAZ Early Love [v0.8.2] [KindyGuY]

I don't particularly care one way or the other about the NTR, I just want to know if I can be on multiple paths/routes at the same time: I'm lazy. If I can't be on more than one path at a time, are there easy save points where I can get onto a girl's path (i.e. only one choice needed to get onto a route instead of 5 or 6 specific choices made throughout the game)?
Yes there are some choices that can be opened or closed. For example, if you don't want to be on Lori's path, you just have to not drop the fork during the dinner on the 7th game day, or if you don't don't want to be on Arya's path, you just have to not enter into her changing room on the 6th game day. And it will close their path until the end of the game. You can be on the path with several girls, but it can bring consequences in the future, about which I still haven't come up to be honest ))

What platform did you download?
so is the NTR avoidable or skippable?
Avoidable

I'm using the Windows PC version but the latest version doesn't appear in the menus at all ?
f..ck... ((( I don't know why it happens (( Did the game work when the version of the game was 0.7.2 ? Maybe you downloaded the version for linux? Did you try to delete the saves as mentioned in the instruction in the OP?

So I downloaded Early Love-0.8.2-pc RUS ENG and whenever I run the game the menus don't appear, I was able to play by deleting the Main_Menu.png files but the saved game doesn't work :(
And yes, I deleted the seve folder but it didn't do anything

KindyGuY

So I made a mistake here and it worked with the menus.
Well, first download and see. 0.7.1
Then I downloaded the update v0.8(+0.8.1)
Finally I downloaded Update 0.8.2fix
Hey, yes, the menus worked, but I can't get the translation to work in my language.
That's why I'm doing my translation myself ;)
Thanks again for your help <3

Ooh I'm so glad to hear that. There was nothing I helped you with, you solved it in your own, that's me who should thank you because now if somebody have the same problem, I can use your 'instruction'?

I hate games with choices leading to a game over. This just demonstrates the absence of scriptwriting of the author. No choice should lead to a game over, each choice should lead to a consequence to be managed by the player (MC) thereafter, but without Game Over. An AVN is not a pinball machine, damn it!

Realistically, the closest analog to an AVN is a Choose Your Own Adventure book. And those have always had paths that lead to 'game over' type endings. You just go back and choose another path if you don't like it. AVNs are the same. And usually, the game overs are at least humourous in my experience.

Get too many in a row and I'm sure it's frustrating, but at the end of the day, a VN is a novel being told by the dev. The game goes wherever their imagination and inspiration chooses. And like any story, no one is forcing anyone to read/play it. If it doesn't tickle your pickle, close it and move on to something else.

If you really hate them, have a crack at making one of your own that corrects the flaws you see.

Seriously, who wants to play the "MC goes to prison and tries to avoid getting raped or shivved" path? :ROFLMAO:

I hate them too, and I agree that each choice should lead to a consequence, but the choices with the game overs that I gave, they just show you certain scenes that I could just put in a separate gallery and remove from the game, They are just inserted for a variety, otherwise MC will simply be imprisoned or he will simply have to move out from his daughter, but then the game will go in a completely different direction, unrelated to the plot of the game. And besides, I don't have many scenes with game overs in the game.

Are there any News about the next Update?
I've almost finished writing the script where you don't tell the truth to Frank about what Abby told, then I will start writing the script for the new three game days. In fact, in the next update will be six new game days.

I didn't find a search box within the topic. So I'm going to ask here, how is NTR in this game? I'm not complaining, I like the theme. Does NTR already exist, or will it be added in the future?

The only scene so far is with Maggie, the friend of the MC's daughter. If you're on her route, and you/the MC tell his best friend (Frank) about what happened with her, that'll put you on the netorare (netorase?) route. Later on you'll see a scene where Maggie seduces and 69s Frank and sends a picture of it to the MC. She does it behind the MC's back and he does feel a bit jealous over it, but I get the feeling that part of the game is leading more towards netorase as a focus rather than purely netorare.

I was wondering, there's no way of avoiding that if you're on her route, is there?

Yes, you can avoid her cheating on you. Just don't tell to Frank about the event when Maggie spent the night at MC's house.
