False Hero is a tragedy in my opinion. Melanie was sooooo hot. The dev started it and it was glorious, then rebooted it and removed half the content, then abandoned it. Melanie!!!! Come back to me!!!

Also The Artist. Loved the art style, and the main girl was a whole new kind of beautiful. But that game only puked out a single chapter and then died. Sigh.

Agree with OP...

Corruption by Mr C is the king of pushed-to-completion games and possibly my Renpy GOAT. Its a janky masterpiece. Oh, its a, "Master-Pieced-Together"... hmm, maybe I am trying too hard with that one. Worked better in my head.


Edit: Proud Father might be the real answer to this, but the fact that it wasnt abandoned on purpose also gives an argument for it NOT being counted here. That one is a heartbreaker!
