discussion Posts on personal threads doesn't give coins?

So I don't know if it's a rule or bug but for some reason, anything that I post in my own threads doesn't give me coins so is that how it should be or is it a bug.

It would make a lot of sense if it were the case. Easy to check, just check your LCC, post in your own thread, F5, and check your own LCC again.

No I don't but I wouldn't mind having some coins too so that's why I asked.

Yeah that's definitely intentional coz otherwise people would just make a thread and spam replies to farm.

There is an easier and clearer way.

You must be registered to see attachments

There you can see all your coin income and expenses.
It even says the thread you got the coins from and how much.

I wasn't asked, but I can see why it wouldn't count. Grinding coins isn't a huge thing, but would you really want someone just flooding threads with one word or something? After a while it becomes tedious to read and reply in.

Might be intentional as a few thread starters did that just to farm coins, and this site is constantly changing the rules.

Well, yes, since the post is yours, it will not generate income because you have already received coins for creating the post, and then hope for the likes that you will get for the post

To be honest, I do. It does not seems like an outrageous Idea that other people(like OP) do too. I'm mostly fine with lurking and giving a like every now and then, but that would mean I would never get members+, and even then it's going to take a couple of months. I think I had one message before I found out members+ was a thing, maybe two.
