The NTR probably refers to a girl you like in school that has a boyfriend. You walk in on them getting freaky. You get to buy her coffee and stuff. But being a sandbox, it's really not something you need to bother with if you don't want to and its not really a big part of the story. I don't really remember any other scenes that would deserve that tag, tho I might be wrong.

lots of content and I find it super fun. Delves into some fetishes I'm not into, but it's all avoidable.

I'm really happy I just discovered this game a few days ago, it was so much fun to grind through a bit. There are codes online to get bonus money and stickers to use with the phone too. Really fun.
