After looking at the code to figure out what's wrong; are you using an older version of the patch? Because that's the only way I could see this happening.

no i used the patch in shaddy's mod because the mega link on lewd patcher is gone

Ah, there's your problem. Shaddy's mod doesn't actually contain the patch, just a few files of it for compatibility reasons. "NOTE: Added the patch compatibility files into the main mod download in an (optional) folder. DO NOT install optional files if you don't have the patch."

It is generally considered almost impossible to take up another persons VN. The reason is that the images in these games are made with rendering software such as DAZ, Honey Select or VAM, and those programs use a 3d model for each character and object in the image, which is a bit like a digital blueprint for a car.
If you don't have that blueprint but would like to make an image with those characters in, you would have to go find a 3d model that looks a bit like the character and then adjust a myriad of parameters to make it look like the original, and then repeat for each and every character. It is tedious work, I would actually guess that it might take longer to do that than it takes to create a unique model to begin with.
For the few that has that level of skill (and patience), most of them probably don't want to put in all that time just to continue someone elses work - they are usually more motivated to do something of their own design instead.
The only real example of someone else taking up the reins of anothers work is the dev Seath taking up Westys "Proud Father", and that is possible because Seath probably has copies of those 3d-models from when they did co-op work, letting the other dev's characters have cameo roles in their own games. Also, Seath probably has a good idea of what Westy wanted to happen in that game.

I could take this one over. I need all the assets

What you need is the .duf files. Then load one of the modfels and read the missing assets list. Problem is getting the .duf files from the dev
. I have already tried to get a team to get It's All Relative going again..... Except it will be redone in daz if it happens....

Is it made for windows? because I use Mac, and the file is not extractable, says ''invalid format''...
