Want to know what everybody thinks about NSFW chat bots like janitorai. Do y'all think they get awkward to use after a while or just plain boring? Do some of you guys enjoy talking to them for a while? Personally I'm sort of in the middle, it gets boring to use after a while but you can still do a lot of fun scenarios with them.

I imagine it equates to the same kind of entertainment as playing a game or watching a movie.

Maybe but it's a lot more work as you usually have to send pretty detailed messages so the AI understands it, which it doesn't most of the time which makes using them sort of annoying.

I always see news articles about AI making better improvements almost monthly.

Better NSFW chat bots are just on the horizon.

Yep, it's not really my thing, but this is definitely the sort of thing that is improving rapidly right now.

Some guys do use it. But people are earning massive amount of money from it. So if you do decide to use it, make sure you are on the other side. I don't really care about them.

I don't really like the idea of an outside service having personal detailed knowledge about significant parts of my intimacy and desires... As such, I wouldn't use such services unless they could be self-hosted. Even in that case, I'm afraid from my knowledge of LLMs that the interaction would not be very stimulating or original, unless I was willing to invest quite a long time in guiding it. And for that kind of work, I believe interacting with humans will probably be more rewarding.

There's a whole youtube channel dedicated to some guy telling you how to install NSFW bots on your computer.

I have never really tried them out of a principle. The god damn adds were so intrusive that i just dont want to try them

You can roleplay with bots and explore scenarios that would make RL people uncomfortable.

AI chatbots is just advanced parasocial interaction. It's not healthy if it becomes an obsession or a form of escapism.
It's also a way to reinforce thoughts and desires that you can't talk about with other people making them harder to break away from if they are something you are wary of.
