Still no time to play so I'll just talk about the art and the characters, and it's all still great. My favs are Leana and Alice, but there's no characters I don't give a shit about, or really dislike the look of. Which is super rare. And there's no bitch covered in tattoos which I thank Ketzal for cause I'm beyond tired of this character trope. I also hate it IRL. Now that everybody has one, what's the point ? Showing the world you have bad taste in art and you like to spend your money on useless shit ?

Great content as always but the delivery this time around falls a little short.
The Alyssa introduction/transition just gets thrown immediately in your lap. Just needs a bit more finesse in delivery (mostly some form of alternate timing) and should be a lot better. Also having the age clarification be not too far off would be ideal. Even if it's just something simple like MC saying: "Ahh now, let me collect my thoughts..." would be insanely valuable. After that if you wanted maybe keying in a vague hint of what is going on.
Same with Kyra although it's mostly fine, just needs a little indicator of why he's there at the start, then the detail can come after their introduction like you're currently doing.
(Truthfully worth noting that all of the flashbacks feel too snappy. When the rest of the game is neatly laid out with good timing and thorough pacing, then all of the sudden at the snap of the fingers you're hitting the ground running much quicker it just feels off.)
Also perhaps adding tooltip flags in the walkthrough mode. At first I was against this since it leans on the spoonfeedy/handholding side it but with the games current state I think it'll just better help identify logic bugs. For example just did a quick playthrough again and the Rebecca option isn't there (after doing the content + getting her address.)
Might be getting to the point where you need to reevaluate some of the 'choice' nodes. Eg) Cassey 'first night' / twins reveal choice might need to get axed since her dialogue at the new house assumes so even if you didn't. I think it just falls into the restrictive category without adding anything and also you'd have to add more absolutely meaningless dialogue to cover in these situations.
Still feel like Cassey's IVF situation is trying to being made out as overly complicated and harped on.
Seems like you want Clem's character to still have a bit more significance and contribution but she seems to be getting pitfall'd into a more uninteresting and insignificant spot. Might want to give her a little more attention or just a few more nuggets to keep that mystique and intrigue. I'm personally quite fond of the character. I wish we got to see her more earlier somehow to see any development and changes from when she gets you at the bar. It's a weird situation because I can tell where you're going with it, but I know the majority of people are just going to be lost and not understand.
Only reason I bring any of these up is that I can tell you care about the story and delivery. I doubt any faplord cares about any details much less has any understanding of something like genetics lmao.

question on this, should I be playing previous versions to get the whole story or does it truly start here? I had downloaded it a while ago but didn't have time to start but I heard a lot of good talk about this one, but in the description it says you've messed up again? I just want to be sure I'm not missing anything from the story from previous versions.

There's no 'prequel' title if thats what you mean. There are in story flashbacks that illuminate your past error.

Thanks I see now that I've played it a bit here but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing any of the story, the writing is SOOOO MUCH better than most... one of the few that is keeping me intrigued enough to read it all. Great work here looking forward to continuing.

I've got a problem with the file on Mac:
tried to download itGot it form 2 different torrents already, but that didn't help.
The file seems to be a WinRAR, but I would expect only a RAR for Mac – so do all my rar-unachiever-programs.

The "Macy" prequel was cancelled as a standalone, and it's going to be included as flashbacks in the main game. So, you aren't missing any story by not playing it.
On the other hand: "Macy" is fairly short and the scenes from it aren't in the main game yet...

I am on pc/linux, but the problem I found was the file name says underslash zip(_zip.rar), rename to dot zip(.zip.rar) if still doesn't work remove .rarHello everyone

WinRAR ist not special rar format but only a file archiver program for windows. It should produce normal rar files.
Some archive programs can't handle rar containers of newer versions. Try 7zip for mac:

And are you really using torrents to download the game or do you mean different file hosts?
