Far as I know, only time will tell. I don't think anyone really has a straight answer yet. So I'd just wait on it for a few months unless Kavinsky answers soon.

well they did finally took down his ss and itch. so much about ss not caving in.
and only place that still holds last version is svs

Maybe some of the dev's collaborators have the 0.14 update and the assets....but as others have said they would probably wait for things go calm down
